We provide AI-generated tattoo design inspiration/drafts and do not offer tattooing services. Final tattoo decisions and execution should be confirmed and adjusted by a professional tattoo artist.

Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activities that occur under your account.

User Content and Intellectual Property

  • You are responsible for the content you submit (including prompts and reference materials) and must have the rights to use it.
  • Generated outputs may be similar to content created for others. We do not guarantee uniqueness or non-infringement of outputs.
  • You retain ownership of your inputs. Subject to applicable law, you may use the generated outputs for your lawful purposes.

Payments, Subscriptions, and Credits

We offer both subscriptions and one-time Credits purchases. Payments are processed by third-party providers (such as Creem). We do not store full payment card information.

Refunds

All purchases are subject to our Refund Policy: https://tattoogenerator.pro/refund-policy Used credits are non-refundable. Subscriptions can be canceled anytime; no prorated refunds for the current billing period.
